The training was very helpful for me as it was my first experience with salesforce. The trainer Joan Mitchel was extremely patient and pedagogical. The content of the course as well as the organization of the modules was very well made.
It was all in all a very pleasant experience that i am grateful for, so thank you for your efforts and I hope to be able to attend more of your trainings in the future.
